Orders can be e-mailed to orders@ffa.org using the order form.

TRACKING ORDERS:
You can now track shipment of your orders online!  The next time you place an phone, fax or e-mail order, provide your e-mail address to the customer service representative or completely on the forms. Once your merchandise is shipped , you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of your order shipment and tracking number from UPS.   If you want to know where your package is during transit, visit www.ups.com,enter your tracking number and view the status.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for orders to be processed.
Orders placed over weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.  Accounts 90 days past due will be charged $5 per month late fee.

Online Purchase Orders

All online orders must be processed with a valid credit card number. A valid P.O. can be substituted if you request that option in the comment section at check out, but even with a P.O. number you will still need to provide a valid credit card number to proceed through the Yahoo! store. 

Purchase Orders
Valid school purchase order numbers along with valid signature are accepted for fax, mail or phone orders.

  • All orders being paid by P.O. will be shipped to the chapter's "ship to" address on file.
  • P.O. number along with school name and advisor's name must be provided in the comments section

Credit Card Orders
Provide a credit card number, expiration date, name as it appears on card, shipping and billing addresses and a daytime phone number.

  • Regular credit card orders will be processed and shipped to the address provided on the order form or to the customer service representative during phone orders.

Check Orders
Checks will be accepted for mail-in orders only. Checks must include a daytime telephone number. Please make checks payable to the National FFA Organization - DO NOT SEND CASH.

  • Orders that are mailed in with a check must allow 3 additional business days for check processing.
  • Check numbers can not be taken over the phone or online. Checks must be mailed with the order.

No C.O.D. orders.

FFA Gift Certificates
FFA gift certificates cannot be redeemed online or over the telephone. To redeem a FFA gift certificate please mail in your certificate along with the order or you may use a gift certificate to pay an invoice (certificate must be mailed in with invoice)”

Shipping
All items are shipped by UPS ground service unless otherwise specified.
FFA will ship your order via UPS within 7-10 working days of receipt of your order if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail. Please note: Some factory & personalized items can take 4-8 weeks to deliver.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Fuel Surcharge: Effective 08/01/07, a $1.50 fuel surcharge will be added per order. $1.50 surcharge will be added to your total freight charge.

Shipping costs are determined by the total amount of merchandise purchased. Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the shipping rates apply for each address.

Emergency Rush Service Fee:  Official Jackets
For jackets needed earlier than the schedule provides, an emergency rush service may be available. Because of the additional expense incurred by interrupting the production schedule and the necessary administration to coordinate the request between FFA and the jacket factory, a $10.00 per jacket fee will be added for each jacket needed in less than three weeks, plus any applicable expedited shipping and handling fees.  This fee will not be charged if we cannot meet your requested delivery date.

Online Order Rush Fees
Rush fees do not appear on your Yahoo! online order total but will be added to your invoice based on your requested delivery date.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who do I call for information?
To inquire about or modify a previously placed order, ask about the content of a single invoice, or speak to a customer service representative, please contact the FFA customer service center at 1-888-332-2668

What is your return policy?
FFA will replace exchange or give credit of any non-personalized item up to 90 days after the date of purchase. The National FFA Organization return policy has recently changed to make returning merchandise easier for you - our customers. You no longer need to call the customer service center to request a call tag. Our new process allows you to use the label included with each shipment to return merchandise.

       Follow These Simple Steps

  • Each package will have a form with return information on the back of it.
  • Please complete the required information
  • Carefully re-pack the merchandise and include the return information
  • Affix the address label provided with the return information
  • Drop off the package at a UPS drop box or ship from any UPS shipping location
  • Pay nothing up front for postage. FFA will deduct a return fee of $7.20 from your refund, exchange or merchandise credit. If you are exchanging the item due to and error on our part, the service is free.
  • If merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and notify our customer service department immediately at 1-888-332-2668

Please Note: Official FFA Jackets are not Returnable or Refundable.
The official FFA jacket is a personalized item and cannot be returned or replaced. A new jacket must be ordered for jackets that are ordered too small, too large or lettered incorrectly by the advisor, student or parent.

What if I need to have an official jacket re-lettered?
FFA continues to provide the service of jacket lettering changes - only the front of official jackets can be re-lettered. These will be processed on a first-in, first-out basis.  Some older jackets made of lighter material cannot be re lettered and will be returned at no charge.  To have a jacket re lettered, please send the jacket along with your name, address, chapter name, chapter number, advisor name and what needs to be re lettered as well as payment to the following address:

I am a past FFA Member. Can I order an official jacket as a keepsake item?
The official FFA jacket can only be ordered and worn by current FFA members. We do offer additional FFA apparel and merchandise that can be worn or displayed to show your support of FFA.

Where do I order my FFA Class Ring?
FFA class rings must be ordered through Herff Jones at 1-800-473-2895 ext. 112 or online at http://www.herffjones.com.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Indiana and Virginia residents must pay sales tax. All other states are exempt.

Do you accept international orders?
Sorry,we are not able to accept international orders.

Is my purchase secure?
It is very important to us that our customers feel secure in their purchases. Our website is secured with the "Secure Socket Layer Protocol" (which is denoted in the web address with https:// and displays a lock or key on the bottom right hand corner of the internet browser). This ensures that your information will not be intercepted by a third party. If you feel uncomfortable purchasing online, please purchase using our toll-free telephone number, 1-888-332-2668, or use a blank order form and fax your order to 1-800-366-6556, or mail your order in.

Why should I register?
We encourage you to register when shopping at FFA Unlimited, but it isn't required. Shopping will be easier because your personal information, and billing and shipping addresses are already stored in the computer.  Your credit card information, however, will not be saved online.  Also, with your registered login, you will have access to orders saved in your shopping cart.  We've provided fields for chapter name and chapter number to assist when shopping online with a purchase order.

There are two methods of registration and saving information on FFA Unlimited.

Yahoo ID
If you have previously registered with Yahoo!, you may login to Yahoo! and your shopping cart information will be saved. This service is provided by Yahoo!. Support for registration and use of your Yahoo! ID should be obtained by contacting Yahoo! Support.

FFA Unlimited Registration
In April 2006, FFA Unlimited added a new registration system that allows our customers to register online. This system allows customers to save items for future ordering, view previous orders and save their personal information. FFA Unlimited registration is supported by National FFA Organization. Support for the new registration can be obtained by contacting the National FFA Organization customer service center to report your problem.

Username for this registration is the full e-mail address you provided during registration.

Why do you need my e-mail address?
Your e-mail address is the best way for us to contact you to verify that we received your order. We will also e-mail you if the item that you purchase is out-of-stock or discontinued. When you register for our online store, we may send you promotional information. If you would prefer not to have your name on our mailing list, please e-mail us and enter "no e-mail" in the subject heading.

FFA Unlimited Promotional E-Mails
FFA Unlimited now offers promotional e-mails to all customers who have elected to receive them. You may sign-up to receive promotional e-mails entering your e-mail address in the space provided at the bottom of each page.  An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address requesting confirmation to be added to the FFA Unlimited Mailing List.

To Unsubscribe: Click on the unsubscribe link available at the end of each promotional e-mail received.  
An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail confirming your removal from the list.

How will I know that my privacy is guaranteed?
The FFA Unlimited Store will take every step possible to ensure your privacy. Our server automatically recognizes the IP address and action of our customers. We use this information that we are able to obtain to help us improve our Web pages and gauge our success. We will not sell or share your information with an outside source. There will be no phone contact unless we have questions on an order placed.
